Change Database user password

I have ...
  • Agile PLM 93
  • WebLogic

I am now required to change the database user password from it's default (agile/everyoneknowsthis@SID) to a new value. I am to do this every 12 months.

Help me, Obi Wan.  You are the last hope of the Rebel Alliance: How do I do this with Agile 93 / WebLogic?
