During grid infra installation (11.2.0.2) on aix 6.1,prerequsite check using runcluvfy is getting st

After successfully deinstallation of grid infrastructure,prerequsite check is getting stuck at timezone consistency check using runcluvfy.we deleted all oracle related file from temp directory and also check time zone for both nodes which is looking fine.

Same problem is happening whenever i run grid installer,It also get stuck at 84%in prerequsite check phase.Please help to resolve this issue.
