Warehouse Control Board Personalization

Hi,
I would like to know the options, if any, to personalize Warehouse Control Board. I know that Warehouse Control Board is not a form, so we do not have options to create folders there. But would really like to know of any means to do following:
  1. Hide / disable all the buttons in the results screen. These are Add, Remove, Filter, Update, and Summarize.
  2. Add one more column in the results for Trip. We can query by trip, but trip number does not show up in the results window showing the tasks.
Most important factor to consider is that the client is on 11.5.10.2 (I know it is old). Any suggestions are appreciated.
