ORA-39097: Data Pump job encountered unexpected error 100

   Hi ,

I am using data pump to take export backup. it is getting failed with following exception. Could anybody help me to short out this issue.

I am  using Oracle 10G on aix 5.3 (64 bit) system.

ORA-39006: internal error
ORA-39065: unexpected master process exception in DISPATCH
ORA-01403: no data found

ORA-39097: Data Pump job encountered unexpected error 100
