OTL Timkeeper Recurring Period

We have recurring period staring on Saturday. But in the Timekeeper Group or Layout the time entries are always been defaulted to recurring period "Weekly: Starts Sunday" .
Need to change this to "Weekly - Starts Saturday" ..Is this a bug
