Advance Queue: Msg is being enqued in the table but it is not being Dequeued.

Hi,

I am running Oracle Enterprise Server 11.1.0.6 on Solaris 10 sparc. Adhance Queues has been configured & the following steps have been done. Hoewever, the msg is being enqued in the table but it is not being Dequeued. It seems that the notification procedure is not executed.

Steps done:
- create the notification procedure
- register the callback procedure
- enqueue a message
- NOTHING HAPPENS
