AME Setup for Contract Approval R12

 Hello,
Iam trying to setup AME service contracts approval for R12.....Going thru various notes and docs I found 2 things I need to do

1) Assign AME roles to access the forms

2)Iam following the metalink note 362543.1 to create grants but when I select Grantee Type as Specific User I do not see anything in the LOV.....I tried both by logging in as specific user and also by sysadmin but still cannot find anything in LOV when select Grantee type as specific user...Please let me know if Iam missing anything


Please let me know if there is a document on metalink which has the step by step process to configure AME for service contracts....
