CPU's for 11.1.0.7 DATABASE on HPUX Itanium Availability

 I was wondering if anyone could tell me the standard timeframe that HPUX Itanium CPU  release is available after Oracle finishes with their base products ?  I am trying to establish a schedule with my internal customer and need a good guesstimate. I tried to submit a question through Metalink  Contact us , but the wizard kept getting hung up on finding me a solution in its' knowledge base and would not go further. Any information would be greatly appreciated !
