Incorrect Costing Of Work Orderless transaction

 Hello

We are on Oracle 11.5.10.2 and use work oderless completions without scheduling.

Several times over the last year, WIP Assembly Scrap transactions have ended with quanitities of 99999 and the component transactions are a RETURN instead ISSUE (opposite of what is expected).

In each case, similar transactions have been performed successfully before and after these strange transactions.

Has anyone experienced this or have any indication of a potential cause?
