Asset Netwroks in Install Base and Asset Hierarchies in Fixed Assets

Hi,

In Install Base you can setup an Asset Network adding child assets to a parent asset. Are these relationships and hierarchies interfaced to Oracle Fixed Assets?

Is not clear for me from the guides, in FA you can have asset hiearchies and in IB or Asset Tracking you can also have asset hierarchies, is there a relation between them?
