WebADI LOV Parameter During Download

Hi,
Anyone here tried using LOV parameter during download? I was able to run using a single text field parameter but the requirement is to use LOV so user will just have to select from the list.. Been looking for the steps/documentations but can't found any.

I appreciate if you share how you did it.
