listener hung and resource of listener went offline on all nodes in rac

hello,

I am runing oracle rac 10.2.0.4 on redhat  linux-86  2.6.18-128.el5PAE ,on yesterday,all listener resource on  all nodes

went offline ,and crs cann't start it auto,but all the other resources is still online .

all clients cann't  connect the database,however,the old listener process is still found(use ps command).

when i killed the old listener process,and use command srvctl start listener ,the problem resloved.

I guest this is a bug ,4518443 but it is appears in 10.2.0.2 or 10.2.0.1,not in 10.2.0.4 so I cann't use it

it is a another bug?
