Is BUG 10209660: ORA-00904 INVALID IDENTIFIER DEPLOYING A MAPPING WITH KEY LOOKUP OPERATOR fixed in

 Hi ,
this is my firs post here so forgive me if this is out of place here.

Our owb setup is affected by the bug mentioned in the title: BUG 10209660:
The readme of the patch lists it being tested on 11.2.0.2 and fixed in 11.2.0.3.
And offcourse that there is a patch for 11.2.0.1 .

Our dba wants to upgrade the owb environment(curently on 11.2.0.1) to 11.2.0.2 with patch Patch 10116062 on top. as an response to my request of installing the patch for 11.2.0.1.
I want to know if the bug i mentioned is fixed in this 11.2.0.2 setup ?
I can not see any reference to it being fixed in the 11.2.0.2 setup while the patch-readme for the bug does state it is reproducable on 11.2.0.2.
