Bills Presentment - Opinions please

 Hi All,

I would like to hear from people that have successful deployed Bills presentment functionality in Oracle for printing AR Invoices for Customers.

We are live with Oracle R12 Receivables.

At the moment we are using some software called Optio that is used to design the Invoice layouts and it uses an XML file from Oracle as data import to then map the data into relevant postions on the form.  But we are experiencing so many issues and it is making the system very unstable.

Ideally we would like to move away from this to a more standard Oracle solution and I have heard that Bills Presentment does offer the ability to design and print Invoices from within Oracle.
