Overpicking in WMS ,MSCA

I need to understand how to over pick and overship in an organization that is WMS enabled, has lot controlled items and has picking executed with auto allocate= Y, auto pick confirm = N and Prior reservations = Y.
 Pick Load and Pick Drop are completed using the handheld. Please share the system setups/ steps to be able to do so.
