My Observations - Oracle Procurement Contracts

Based on my work experience so far, these are the shortfalls I have observed in Procurement Contracts. Request Oracle Contract Experts to have a look at these and share their views on the same.

1.      Redlining Functionality in Contract Negotiation

3.      Contract Risk Management from Risk Identification to Risk Monitoring

4.      Assigning Risks to BPA/CPA

5.      Pain Gain Share Arrangements

6.      Contract Clause Owner by Type of Clauses

7.      Template Import Capability

8.      Template Versioning

9.   Project to Contract Mapping
