Since unassigning component group UI no longer launches and component groups are not listed in svrmg

 Dear All, 

I cannot connect to Siebel, either through thin/thick client.  Thin client gives the "The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties" error. 
Using SvrMgr I have disabled the affected component group, recycled Siebel services, Enabled, assigned and recycled again but still when I enter: "list compgrp" the Siebel Life Sciences compgrp is not listed.

The log file from SWEAPP doesn't tell me a whole lot either: 

SisnTcpIp SisnSockError 1 0 2011-01-25 17:15:55   1892: [TCPIP-client] recv() failed for sd=736 (err=10054 | An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host (peer).)
