How to hide courses in OLM that are no longer valid using personlizations

In OLM some training courses have an extensive list of classes attached to them, most of these classes have taken place and the enrollments have been updated.  We would like to hide the classes that have an end date sometime in the past (let's say sysdate - 60 days).  Can anyone please advise how we can achieve this using Personalizations or is there a profile option that can be set to display only current/future classes?
