The StorageTek Software Level Upgrade Form enables software level upgrades to be ordered at no charge.

 

Please note: Upgrades ordered below will only be processed for customers who have previously purchased a license for requested product and are current with maintenance.

 

A current software support contract will be required.

 

This link is useful if you need to upgrade to a new release of NCS because the version you are paying maintenance on (like 6.0) is no longer supported. Customers can order the base product of NCS or ELS without going thru the marketing rep or RSM.
