US PAY: IRS Levy Calcuation and 2010 YE Phase III

While testing the 2010 Year End Phase III and January 2011 Vertex, we cannot get the 2011 IRS Levy amounts to calculate correctly. Sometimes is off cents and other times it is off dollars depending on the status. Our calculations were perfect before these patches. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Thanks.
