Transaction Status Summary Form usage?

 Hi,

There are some records in Transaction Status Summary Form with status Pending and Error, these records dated in last 2 years.

We are wondering whether we can just delete these records? or do we need to do some thing to clear these records? as there is no error message etc. we are bit unsure.

PS: when i check the details of the PO showed in the form, the PO is received and billed for full quantity and i couldn't find any issues with PO.
