Error Installing OEM Grid 10g on Windows XP

Hello everyone,
I'm having a big problem with my OEM Grid 10.2.0.2.1 on Windows XP...I thought it was easy but it shows me a weird error that i cannot resolve.

The error is (sorry about the language):

"OMS Configuration" (intento 20):
Command = oracle.sysman.emcp.oms. OmsPlugIn -configureOms
La operación EM Deploying está en curso.
La operación Unlocking Passwords and Out of Box setup está en curso.
La operación Configuring OMS está en curso.
