 Hi,

I have this sales order having multiple lines.All the lines got shipped except for 1 line that is awaiting shipping.

I checked the status of this line from shipping transaction and it showed Released to warehouse.

I checked that there is onhand quantity available and reservable qty is also available.

But I checked when I click on availability from Order entry lines screen in the Error message box I find its written "ATP not applicable". Is this the reason why it is not getting picked? If yes how do I overcome this?
