Credit Hold calculation to include open orders based on Shipment value

 The scenario is that a Sales order is booked for the full order and the shipments are partial.

The Credit Check is currently set to take the open orders in to consideration. Can we have the hold logic to be applied based on Shipment value & the time of release of Delivery order and not on the whole order value.
