Comprehensive audit trail in Contract Management (v. 12 or 13)

 We note that v. 13 has the ability to save the fields in CM that are supported by the API to HTML files in a repository.  We also note that v.12x does not.  In v.12x, other than “Created By”, “Created Date”, “Edited By”, and “Editied Date”, no other data is stored in the database that would allow full auditing.

 

In v.13, even when the API enabled fields are stored to a repository in an HTML document, there does nto appear to be any way to query the data values in these document versions since they are not in a database.
