US PAY: Treaty Employess are missing W-2's due to negative balance caused by pre-tax deductions
We have several employees that are missing W-2's. They are in the negative balance report. They are exempt from income tax based on treaties. But they are still taxable for Medicare and SS. The pre-tax deductions are causing the Box 1 and Box 16 amount to be negative. The pre-tax deductions are for medical, dental and vision health insurance.
How can we generate W-2s for these employees, and with all amounts correct on the form?
This is the very first time we are on Oracle Payroll year-end. Please help ASAP! We are on R12.0.8 HRMS.
