recreating the em repository

 Hello,

I'm trying to reconfigure our em (em database control).  I try to recreate the repository, and it keeps blowing up when trying to bring up the db console it keeps failing.  it drops and recreates the repository fine.  I do everything that is suggested.  (removing the old directories, dropping the sysman user, etc.)

am I missing something?

the emagent.trc file has these errors:
