Update Standard cost still running rollback for 72 hours now.

Our Update Standard cost update has been  since Jan 24 8pm, it encountered error around Jan 25 7pm but status is still running until now.  We have not terminated it for fear something will go wrong if terminated. 

Is it OK to terminate this now? What will be the impact if it is terminated.

Error log showed:

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1652 in cmcugwa()

Cause: cmcugwa() failed due to ORA-01652: unable to extend temp segment by 128 in tablespace TEMP
.

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: insert into wip_transaction_accounts (request_id,program_application_i and was executed from the file 5069629/bom/src/cmlwcu.lpc.
