Progress order note

 Hi,
   I have a question about Note' ORA-06508: Pl/SQL: Could not find program unit being caled in Package Rsv_Service Procedure Search_Oraganization_Cache'. The scenario is after booking this order i run workflow status and i see notified, so i run progress order and the note shown as i said before.
