Item will not display in the Receiving Form

Hi,

We are on  Oracle 11.5.10.2

I have an item on an approved blanket release that simply will not show-up on the receiving form. All other items on the release show up fine. All item attributes look fine (match similar items that work)

The only difference I can find is the list price and line price are different.

Any ideas on why this record will not get retrieved by the Receiving form?
