Moving Oracle Tablespaces

First time poster and Oracle DBA novice here, so please be gentle.

We're in a situation where I've had to add more disk to our Oracle Database server (Windows 2003 R2). What I'm after is a step by step (if possible) on how to move our tablespaces onto the newly created disk. At the same time I want to tidy up the general location and the type of tablespaces. The database/tablespaces have been created by our developers in the past, I now want to take more control over this and I see this as an ideal opportunity of starting this process.
