Avoiding self-assigment of responsabilities in e-BS 11.5.10.2

 In order to inprove our security procedures we need to avoid each member of our Security Department to assign responsabilities for themselves. I was trying to find any documentation in the knowledge-base but it was impossible.

Is there any Profile or configuration that restricts the default possibility of self assigment in the User Administrator form?
