ora 1652 and 600 error on temp

 I have a server that has five databases on it. version 10.2.0.3

On the database startup for all five database, two of the databases are getting temp errors. The database started up fine, but the error is driving me crazy.

One of the database is getting ora 1652 error and the tracefile show the following:

*** ACTION NAME:(AUTO_SPACE_ADVISOR_JOB) 2011-01-27 22:00:12.632
*** MODULE NAME:(DBMS_SCHEDULER) 2011-01-27 22:00:12.632
*** SERVICE NAME:(SYS$USERS) 2011-01-27 22:00:12.632
*** SESSION ID:(530.1234) 2011-01-27 22:00:12.632
*** 2011-01-27 22:00:12.632
ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job 8899
ORA-01652: unable to extend temp segment by ORA-01652: unable to extend temp segment by 12800 in tablespace TEMP_I
