Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC)

11g (11.2.0.1) 64bit install on windows 2003r2

Built a new server and installed 11g std Ed One and created a db using dbca.  Using NTFS files, no OEM. The oracle and the app are installed on c: drive. Oracle db files stored on e:\drive

We were able to acces to db once created. Installed an app (ARS 7.6p3) which creates a tablespace in the db. The app fails to start. We can access to db with sqlplus, toad, etc. without a problem.

Looking at the Oracle alert log, noted a few errors which have me a little perplexed. Basically it complains that it cannot find the redo log files.ORA-00313, ORA-00312,ORA-27041,OSD-04002.
