Enter the subinventory at the Order Line

 I am trying to enter a ship from warehouse and subinventory at the Order line. However the subinventory does not allow me to pick anything. I do know that the subinventory is setup under the Inventory Org. So why is the LOV returning nothing. Is there a setup that I need to check or verify?
