PeopleCode Errors received when attemting to edit a req with multiple distributions

Hey Everyone -

We are on version 9.1 bundle 3 and when we attempt to edit a req with multiple distribution lines in EPRO, we  receive PeopleCode errors

FetchValue: Row 2 not found in scroll level 1. (2,156) REQ_LN_DISTRIB.DISTRIB_LINE_NUM.RowInit  PCPC:4327  Statement:97

I have found similar issues on Knowledge search when copying a req but this is just occuring when we try to edit the req
