EBS R12.1.3 with 10gAS Forms 10.1.3.2.1?

Hi, We are upgrading to EBS R12.1.3 and wish to use the latest and greatest.

In Steve Chans whitepaper "2010 Sep EBS Techstack Certification Roadmap.pdf" on pages 37 it shows that 10gAS Forms 10.1.2.3.1 is the latest cerified version with the EBS R12.1.x.

However, on his certifications tab it shows 10.1.2.3 as being the latest certified version.

In Oracle Note# 437878.1, Upgrading OracleAS 10g Forms and Reports in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12, it hints at 10.1.2.3.1 in STEP 2.2 (in the matrix).

The Rapid Install 12.1.1, seems to ship with 10.1.2.3.  I can't seem to find any other source for cetification or more information about it. So:
