AutoInvoice Master Program is running since last 8 hours

 Hello All,

We are having AutoInvoice Master Program & it's 15 child program is running since last 8 hours. Normally it takes 3 hours for same amount of data we process every month -end.  At this point, We asked our DBA to run the Analyze the AR schema and Gather Statistics (40%) but no improvement has been observed.

Please suggest what else we do can check? Is it advisible to cancel the AutoInvoice Master & it's 15 Spawned program ?
