Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What is the difference between Version Vs Release? let see th example below:

" Oracle Application Object Library - Version: 11.5.10 to 12.1 - Release: 11.5 to 12 "

is that mean this document applicable for 11.5.9?
