vmware - installation of EM-Console doesn´t work

  Hai, i try to install a new database on a new installed server.
It is a Windows Server 2003 R2 with Oracle 10.2.0.4.
The installation of the EM-Console doesn´t work.

There´s only one difference to our other servers.
It is a virtual server on a vmware esx.
could this be the problem?

Does anyone have some experience with that?
