Why Form Personalization is NOT Working as per DOC ID 557602.1

Hi,

We are on 11.5.10.CU2.

The issue is that Form-Personalization is not Disabling / Hiding 'Book Order' Button in OE. We have done many form personalizations and some those are still there and working OK.

Just one example of that  'Order Oganizer - Disable 'New Order' Button  in ORGANIZER Find' is working which is done as:

Trigger Event : WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE and Action as: 'Item --FIND.NEW_ORDER -- ENABLE -- FALSE' and many more.
