Can't start OEM after upgrade to 10.2.0.5

  I upgraded my server from Oracle 10.2.0.2 to 10.2.0.5 sucessfully. When I used 10.2.0.2 I used OEM Database Control for monitoring and scheduling RMAN backups & all was good. My OEM was not as secure as needed but I was going to address that later. I have several instances running on the sever and one is an RMAN catalog DB.

After the upgrade the OEM is setup as SECURE and I cannot use it. My backups are not working which is the major issue. Right now I only have one DB running besides the RMAN catalog DB but I can't start the console for the DB.  The RMAN repository is OK because a DB instance on a different server uses it too and it's backup ran fine and is listed in the catalog.
