How to setup Diminishing Balance Method for Depreciation

I need to setup Diminishing Balance method (WDV)with 25%,10%,30% in Oracle. Which means depreciation will be calculated on Cost- Accumulated Depreciation for each year.

How can I setup the same in Oracle. What should be the method type, calculation basis, depreciable basis rule.

Can someone please help me how can I setup the same.
