Quick troubleshooting tips for Pim Sync issues.

Pim Sync is an external client app that comes out with new revisions from time to time addresssing some issues as well as required updates to support new releases with in CRMOD. If you are experienceing issues with the application you should download and install the latest version available to you. 

Obtain and install the most current Pim Sync available:
1) Log into your CRMOD env and go to My Setup at the top of your screen
2) Click on Data and integration tools
3) Click on Oracle Pim Sync On Demand
4) Click on Download Oracle Pim Sync On Demand once and then on the next screen as well
