Shipped items in status pending

Hi,

An instance has been created for depreciable item through Internal requisition process in install base. When I executed, create assets: interface inventory transactions to Fixed asset, no records are created in FA. The direct shipment items status shows as "pending". The output does not indicate any error message for these items

However, records for two miscellaneous receipt transactions for the same item got created in FA and the status shows as complete.

How to create FA record for shipped items?
