T5440 SC error? Any idea on root cause

   Hello,

 

Have any of you seen these errors:

 

Chassis | critic

al: Host has been powered off

sc> Chassis | major: Power system fault detected at /SYS/MB/CPU0/DVRM_15: status 0x4

Fault | critical: SP detected fault at time Tue Feb  1 07:22:52 2011. Host Power Failure: MB_DC_POK Fault

Chassis | major: Power cycling Host System.  Please wait.

Chassis | major: Power system fault detected at /SYS/MB/CPU1/DVRM_15: status 0x4

Chassis | major: Power system fault detected at /SYS/MB/CPU2/DVRM_15: status 0x4

Chassis | major: Host has been powered on

Chassis | major: Power cycling Host System.  Please wait.

Chassis | critical: Host has been powered off
