Event oracle.apps.inv.acctAliasReceipt is not triggering.

Event oracle.apps.inv.acctAliasReceipt is not triggering for Miscellaneous Inventory Adjustments Receipt transactions.
Following is the business scenario
"Whenever user perform the miscellaneous inventory adjustments transaction in Inventory --> Transactions --> Miscellaneous Transaction window for the
 transaction type Account Alias Recipt then the data should be send to external system. As this transaction type has event associated to it, thus I want to create the event driven outbound interface."

How to achieve this.
