Looking at new hardware - impact of DDR3-1333 vs DDR3-1066?

Hello,
We're looking at spec'ing out hardware to refresh our existing live Oracle 11g environment, which currently uses a pair of HP blades (2x3Ghz 4 core Intel E5450 CPUs, 32gb ram, Windows 2003 Server x64) running a 2-node RAC Oracle 11G (11.0.7.0) database aprox 3.8Tb in size.

We're looking at refreshing the above with 2 new HP BL460c G7 blades with 2xIntel X5670's at 2.93Ghz and either 64Gb or 128Gb memory.
The new machines will also be running 2008 Server 64-bit R2 & Oracle 11g R2 (11.2.x).

If we opt for 64Gb, we'll be fitting DDR3-1333 memory but would be using DDR3-1066 if we go for 128Gb.
