How can I assign an expert rule to another Tax Regime?

I have created an expert/custom rule in my Tax Regime which is currently expired. Is there a way in Oracle to assign the same expert rule to a newly created Tax regime?

I don't want to create that expert rule, with all the Tax Determining Factors and Condition sets from scratch again in my new Tax Regime.

Can someone please help me out with this?
