iProcurement Requisitions for Complex PO's

 Hi,

I would like to know what is the easiest way to have requisitions created in iProcurement to be automatically placed onto a Complex PO type rather than a Standard PO?

The standard process is to use Contract Agreements as a source document for the requisition in iProcurement which will automatically generate the standard PO.

However for certain requisitions, rather than a standard PO, we want a Complex PO.

In the requisition we could define a couple of DFF's that indicate a Complex PO is required and input the Retainage rates.

Then possibly modify the Create PO Document workflow however I am not sure if this will have to update the base tables to populate the Retainage rate etc?
